Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Harsco Rail since February 2025.

Mr. Lerner drives excellence for Harsco Rail within the finance organization and fosters a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the global business. Before joining Harsco Rail, Mr. Lerner was a vice president of finance at Invue Security Products and held divisional chief financial officer roles at ATI Specialty Minerals and Scott Safety. He has also held progressive finance leadership roles at a number of global manufacturing companies, including Ford Motor Company. 

Mr. Lerner holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Florida and an MBA degree in corporate finance from the University of Georgia.
