Pete Minan serves as (Interim) Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of Enviri Corporation. Pete returned to the Company to serve in this interim capacity in August 2022 after retiring as its Chief Financial Officer in March 2022.

Before joining Enviri in November 2014, Pete had a nearly 30-year career with KPMG, where his roles included National Managing Partner, U.S. Audit Practice, and Partner in Charge, Washington/Baltimore Audit Practice. Named a partner in the firm in 1993, he also served as global lead partner for several multinational Fortune 500 industrial and consumer audit clients. His most recent role prior to Enviri was Vice President of Enterprise Risk Management and Internal Audit with Computer Sciences Corporation.

After retiring from Enviri, Pete began teaching as an adjunct Professor of Finance at Drexel University. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce.
