Sam Romaninsky

Vice President and General Counsel since December 2025.

In his role, Mr. Romaninsky oversees all aspects of Enviri’s global legal function, including litigation, risk management, compliance, and corporate governance, while advising the Board of Directors and executive leadership team. Mr. Romaninsky has been an integral part of Enviri since 2008, most recently serving as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel, Global Litigation and Risk Management. Throughout his tenure, Mr. Romaninsky has directed complex domestic and international litigation, led risk management and insurance programs, supported major M&A transactions, and driven innovation in legal operations. His deep expertise and commitment to excellence have been instrumental in protecting Enviri’s assets and advancing its strategic goals. 

Mr. Romaninsky holds a J.D. from Cornell Law School and a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.
