Russell Hochman was appointed President and Chief Operating Officer of Enviri in November 2025. Additionally, Mr. Hochman has been named the future Chief Executive Officer of “New Enviri,” a standalone publicly traded company which will be comprised of the Harsco Environmental and Harsco Rail segments, following its expected spin-off in mid-2026.

From May 2015 until Nov. 2025, Mr. Hochman served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Corporate Secretary, leading Enviri’s legal, compliance, ethics, and corporate secretary functions. In this role, he helped to guide the Company’s global strategy and drove transformation efforts to unlock growth. Over the course of his business career, he has gained deep expertise in M&A, corporate governance, risk management, and regulatory matters as well as a proven ability to execute value-creating strategic initiatives and transactions.

Prior to joining Enviri, Mr. Hochman served in senior legal roles with Pitney Bowes Inc. based in New York, London, and Europe.  While at Pitney Bowes Inc., Mr. Hochman led a key European business expansion effort, in addition to his duties as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel. Earlier in his career, Mr. Hochman was an M&A attorney at international law firms. Mr. Hochman holds a J.D. from Albany Law School of Union University and a B.A. from Cornell University.
