Timothy M. Laurion was appointed as a Director of Enviri Corporation in February 2023. Mr. Laurion is a retired Managing Director and Senior Corporate Banker in Bank of America’s Global Corporate and Investment Banking division. He spent more than 30 of his 41 years at Bank of America working in the Environmental Services sector having developed and maintained lead bank relationships as a C-suite trusted advisor with most of the nation’s top environmental and waste firms during his decades-long career supporting this industry.
Mr. Laurion is a Chartered Financial Analyst. He is a member of the Audit Committee and Governance Committee.
