Phillip C. Widman is the retired Senior Vice President and CFO of Terex, a global manufacturer of customer-driven solutions for a wide range of commercial applications including construction, infrastructure, quarrying, mining, manufacturing, transportation, energy and utility services. Prior to that, Mr. Widman served as Executive Vice President and CFO of Philip Services Corporation, an integrated environmental and industrial services corporation.
He is a member of the Audit Committee and Governance Committee. Mr. Widman also serves as a director of Sturm, Ruger & Company, Inc. and of Vectrus, Inc.
